Terms of Service

By purchasing products from or accessing innerblisshop.com and related websites owned by Inner Bliss Corp ("Inner Bliss," "we," "us," or "our"), you represent that you are at least 18 years old and you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THEY CONTAIN A CLASS ACTION WAIVER. THIS MEANS THAT YOU AGREE TO BRING ANY CLAIM AGAINST INNER BLISS ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. THIS PRECLUDES YOU FROM PARTICIPATING IN, OR RECOVERING RELIEF UNDER, ANY CURRENT OR FUTURE CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION BROUGHT AGAINST INNER BLISS BY SOMEONE ELSE. SEE THE "CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM" SECTION BELOW FOR HOW DISPUTES ARE RESOLVED.

"Services" means our products, materials, websites, email and SMS programs, and customer service.

Supplemental Terms

Some parts of the Services may have their own additional terms, such as our Return & Refund Policy, subscription terms, or promotion rules. Those supplemental terms are part of these Terms. If a supplemental term conflicts with these Terms, the supplemental term controls for that part of the Services.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. If we make a material change, we will post the updated Terms here and update the "Last Updated" date, and we will notify registered customers by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

Privacy Policy

All information we collect through the Services is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which covers our use of cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies. By using the Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

Terms of Purchase

To purchase products through the Services, you must be at least 18 years old, provide valid payment information for a payment method you are authorized to use, and authorize us to charge the purchase price plus applicable taxes, fees, and shipping.

All products, specifications, descriptions, and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to limit quantities per person, household, or order.

We work to describe our products accurately, but we do not warrant that any product description is accurate, complete, or error-free, and we do not represent that any product will diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before shipping and give you the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order.

All card payments are subject to authorization by your card issuer.

Shipping

We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Products are available only in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.

We are not responsible for packages that are refused, or held for or returned from delivery. Refunds will not be issued for orders refused by the intended recipient or that cannot be delivered because of an address error.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. In summary: you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, with proof of purchase, for products purchased on innerblisshop.com and returned to our warehouse unopened and with the factory seal intact. Contact info@innerblisshop.com for a return authorization before shipping anything back.

Original shipping charges are not refundable. Clearance items and short-dated or expired products are not eligible for exchange or refund. We monitor returns for abuse and reserve the right to limit or refuse returns and refunds in cases of suspected abuse or fraud, or as otherwise permitted by law.

Purchases made from other retailers or marketplaces are subject to that seller's return policy; we can only process returns and refunds for orders placed directly on innerblisshop.com.

Subscribe & Save

If you place a subscription order, you will receive repeat deliveries at the frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored and you will be charged for each delivery on its shipping date, at the price and frequency in effect for that subscription. You may see a preauthorization on your card account before a charge; a preauthorization is not a charge.

Your subscription remains active until you or Inner Bliss cancels it. You may cancel or change your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee, through the link in your order confirmation email or by emailing info@innerblisshop.com. Changes and cancellations do not apply to shipments that have already been processed.

Subscription discounts may apply based on the total purchase price and may change for future deliveries. We will notify you of a price change before it takes effect.

Ownership of Inner Bliss Content

All materials on the Services — including the Inner Bliss™ and Gut2Be™ marks, text, graphics, images, photographs, video, code, logos, and the overall "look and feel" ("Inner Bliss Content") — are owned by or licensed to Inner Bliss Corp and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Inner Bliss™ and Gut2Be™ are trademarks of Inner Bliss Corp. They may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours, in any way that is likely to cause confusion, or in any way that disparages Inner Bliss. Copying, distributing, or reusing Inner Bliss Content without our permission is prohibited.

Your Limited License to Use Inner Bliss Content

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-commercial, revocable license to access and view Inner Bliss Content for your personal use. You must keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact, may not modify the content, and may not reverse engineer, adapt, or extract source code from the Services. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Registration and Account Security

If you create an account, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You may not sell or transfer your account. Notify us at info@innerblisshop.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

Information and Content You Submit

You are solely responsible for any content you submit to us or post through the Services — reviews, photos, comments, ideas, and messages ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you represent that it is not confidential and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Rights you grant us. You grant Inner Bliss a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully sub-licensable and assignable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and display your User Content in any medium, including in marketing, without compensation to you.

Our right to screen and remove. We may, but are not obligated to, monitor User Content and may delete, edit, or disable any User Content at our sole discretion, without notice or liability.

No confidential relationship. We treat User Content as non-confidential. Submitting an idea or suggestion to us creates no obligation on our part unless we have a separate signed written agreement with you.

Acceptable Use Policy

You may not post or transmit content through the Services that is unlawful, discriminatory, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You also may not:

  • promote illegal drug use, violence, or hatred against any group;
  • infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • send unauthorized advertising, spam, or bulk messages;
  • share another person's personal information;
  • include images of anyone under 18;
  • solicit business, or resell or exploit the Services commercially;
  • impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone;
  • interfere with or attempt to harm the Services or anyone's use of them;
  • use manual or automated tools to scrape, harvest, or copy the Services or Inner Bliss Content, including for training large language models or other AI systems;
  • introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code; or
  • bypass any security or digital rights management technology.

Linking

We grant you a revocable permission to link to the Services, provided the link does not frame our content, falsely imply endorsement or affiliation, present false information about Inner Bliss, use our trademarks without permission, or appear alongside objectionable material. We may withdraw linking permission at any time.

Reporting Copyright Violations

If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, contact us at info@innerblisshop.com with a description of the work, the location of the material on our site, your contact information, and a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.

Social Sharing

You may share Inner Bliss Content only where we have given express permission or provided sharing functionality. You may not make claims on our behalf, imply that we endorse you, or suggest an affiliation that does not exist. We may revoke this permission at any time.

Product Reviews

You may be able to post reviews of our products. You are solely responsible for the content of your review, and reviews do not represent our views. By posting a review, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute it, including in advertising.

We may refuse to post or may remove any User Content, including reviews, that falls into any of the following categories:

  • vulgar or obscene language, including cursing;
  • defamatory, derogatory, or inflammatory content;
  • information or images that are considered or imply illegal conduct;
  • inappropriate language with respect to race, gender, sexuality, ethnicity, or other intrinsic characteristic;
  • confidential or private information, such as a person's financial or medical information or a company's trade secret;
  • content unrelated to our products or services;
  • content that is false, misleading, incentivized without disclosure, or otherwise reasonably deemed objectionable by current societal norms.

We do not remove reviews simply because they are negative.

SMS Marketing and Program Support

If you opt in to text messages from us, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional messages — including order and shipping updates — at the mobile number you provide, even if that number is on a do-not-call list. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Reply STOP to any message from us to unsubscribe, or reply HELP for help. You may also email info@innerblisshop.com to be removed from our SMS list. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Promotions

Sweepstakes, giveaways, contests, and other promotions offered through the Services may have their own rules and eligibility requirements. Those rules apply in addition to these Terms, and it is your responsibility to review them.

Notice Regarding Medical and Professional Advice

Inner Bliss is not a healthcare provider, and the Services do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content on the Services is for informational and educational purposes only. Our employees and any third parties appearing on the Services are not providing you with medical advice.

Consult your physician before using our products or relying on any information on the Services, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Accuracy of Information

We provide materials on the Services for informational purposes and do not guarantee that they are accurate, complete, or current. It is your responsibility to monitor changes to the Services and the information on them.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inner Bliss Corp and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers (the "Inner Bliss Parties") will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, economic, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, User Content, our products, or the conduct of any third party, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of the Inner Bliss Parties for all claims relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100.

These limits do not apply to liability for personal injury, gross negligence, fraud, or intentional misconduct, or to any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. You use the Services at your sole risk.

We make no warranty that the Services will meet your requirements, that they will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that results obtained from the Services will be accurate or reliable, or that the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components. No advice or information you obtain from us, whether oral or written, creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Inner Bliss Parties from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your User Content, your use or misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, and without liability. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services or Inner Bliss Content at any time. On termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms end immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive — including ownership, User Content licenses, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — survive termination.

Location of Services and Territorial Restrictions

We operate the Services from the United States and make no representation that the Services or our products are appropriate or available in other locations. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for complying with local law. Our products are sold only in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.

Third-Party Links and Sites

The Services may link to third-party websites, apps, and services that we do not control and that have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or products, and a link is not an endorsement. You access them at your own risk.

Miscellaneous

Communications. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link, but you will continue to receive transactional messages about your orders and account.

Governing law. These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Other terms. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent; we may assign ours freely. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized officer of Inner Bliss. If a provision is found invalid, it will be narrowed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest of these Terms remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any supplemental terms, are the entire agreement between you and Inner Bliss and supersede all prior communications.

Consumer complaints. Florida residents may contact the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. California residents may report complaints to the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Consumer Information Division.

Definitions and Interpretation

Words and phrases other than those defined in these Terms will be given their plain English meaning, and terms of art having a specialized meaning in the relevant industry shall be construed in accordance with industry standards. Unless the context otherwise requires, words importing the singular include the plural and vice-versa, and words importing the masculine include the feminine and neuter and vice-versa. The terms "including" and "including without limitation" mean "including, but not limited to." The terms "herein," "hereunder," "hereof," "thereof," "thereunder," and similar expressions refer to these Terms in their entirety unless otherwise specifically indicated. "Person" means any individual or entity, including unincorporated organizations, associations, and partnerships. The terms "law" and "laws" mean statutes, common law, regulations, rules, ordinances, treaties, and the like, including governmental proclamations and orders and court orders that have the effect or force of law, and, when referring to remedies, include both damages and equitable remedies. Except as otherwise specifically stated in these Terms, "days" means calendar days.
