Gut2Be Subscription Return and Cancellation Policy

We offer a 14 day return for eligible merchandise. Refunds for items returned within 15 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges). Any claims for damaged orders or missing items must be received within 24 hours (on business days) of receipt of package.

In case following conditions are not met INNER BLISS CORP reserves the right to charge 30% restocking fee or refuse the return.

– The items must be returned for refund or exchange within 14  days of original purchase

– Items and packaging must be received in new condition

– The original manufacture’s packaging must not be damaged

– Orders shipped outside the United States are not eligible for return

– Packaging must include all original items

– Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box

– Return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt

Please keep your packing slip or confirmation email for proof of purchase. We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit or refuse returns or exchanges.

We reserve the right to request the product be shipped back to us in its original packaging at the customer’s expense and we do not assume responsibility for lost or misdirected returns. Please note that clearance items, as well as short-dated and expired product are not eligible for an exchange or refund.

Cancellations


If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been filled. If the item you want to cancel has been filled, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.
